Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Bloomers mobile application (“Bloomers” or the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. Your use of our website at bloomers.ai is also subject to these Terms where applicable.

Bloomers is a guided healing companion mobile app developed by BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited. The App provides:

• ●Personalized healing paths and guided sessions
• ●Journaling and progress tracking tools
• ●AI companionship tuned to your healing journey
• ●Optional access to a healer marketplace (when available)

Bloomers is not a replacement for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. It is a wellness companion designed to support personal growth and self-guided healing.

When using Bloomers, you agree to:

• Use the App respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws
• Engage honestly with guided sessions and self-reflection tools
• Not misuse the healer marketplace or misrepresent your identity when booking sessions
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Not transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware through the App
• Not harass, abuse, or harm healers, other users, or our team

If you choose to create an optional account or book marketplace sessions, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including guided journeys, session scripts, audio content, graphics, logos, UI design, and software — are owned by BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (such as journal entries). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App to you, and only on your device or through services you explicitly opt into.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• ●Your use or inability to use the App
• ●Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers (for opted-in cloud features)
• ●Any interruption or cessation of App functionality
• ●Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• ●Any errors or omissions in guided content or AI responses
• ●Interactions with independent healers through the marketplace

Bloomers may offer a marketplace connecting you with independent healing practitioners (“Healers”). Healers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited.

BloomersAI facilitates booking and payment but does not provide clinical services, guarantee healer qualifications beyond our verification process, or assume responsibility for the quality of healer sessions. Your relationship with a Healer is directly between you and that Healer.

Session pricing, cancellation policies, and healer-specific terms will be displayed before booking. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Bloomers is designed local-first — your healing data stays on your device unless you choose otherwise.

You may stop using Bloomers at any time by deleting the App from your device. You can also delete all locally stored data through in-app settings before uninstalling. This permanently removes your journal, profile, and progress from your device.

We may suspend or terminate your access to optional account-based or marketplace features if you breach these Terms, without prior notice where permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to use those features will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the “Last Updated” date, and — where appropriate — notifying you in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BloomersAI Innovations Private Limited regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
